Permits for Outdoor Ceremony Sites
Permits are required for wedding ceremonies held on
City of Coronado property, such as parks and
beaches. The permit application may be downloaded
at
www.coronado.ca.us on the recreation services
page or call the City of Coronado Recreation
Department at (619) 522-7342.
The following locations are most popular for
ceremony sites:
Coronado Central Beach/Coronado South Beach
Central Beach is located to the north of the Hotel
Del on Ocean Boulevard. South Beach is located south
of the Hotel Del along Silver Strand Hwy 75. You can
enjoy your special day with your toes in the sand
and take advantage of the beautiful photo
opportunities that the Hotel Del Coronado has to
offer from either location.
Centennial Park
Located on the bay side of Coronado. This beautiful
park has the San Diego Skyline as a backdrop. It is
a beautiful location with ample parking nearby at
the Ferry Landing Marketplace.
Spreckels Park
Located in the center of town at the corner of Sixth
Avenue and Orange Avenue. This park offers a
picturesque old-fashioned gazebo as a ceremony
